Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your package.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for returns. No makeup or deodorant stains, animal hair, or cigarette smell of any kind will be accepted. Tags must still be attached.

Damaged items should be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at lonesomepineoutfittersest25@gmail.com and forward photos of any damages.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all your information and number on it.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return.

Items purchased with store credit are final.
